SOME FAVORITES OF MINE...and I am very, very picky.

In Retrospect -- A hilarious Taylor story by Morgan. He's hot, he's snarky, he's arrogant. And he may have just met his match.

Million Words Left to Say -- Featuring the first hanfic I ever read, "Emotion Sickness", which is quite funny. Her short stories are great, too. This story is now archived at The Quaff, since hansonfiction.com switched servers unexpectedly.

Not a Pretty Girl -- A story which features a different sort of relationship between the guys and the main OFC (Original Female Character).

Paint it Red -- Home of the very dreamlike Surrealistic Emotions. Mainly a Zac story. Sadly, this site has gone down... I'm currently trying to find a webarchive.org link to it or something who has it saved.

Unreal -- By Jane. I really, really wish "Pretty Much Forever" would be updated. Ah, well. What's there is fantastic.

Enlighten Me -- Krystal's been around a long time, writing some of the most original Hanfic out there. Has the classics "The Quiet One", "Just Another Victim" and the sequel, "Once More with Feeling".

Fiction @ together-alone.net: Formerly run by Cyndi, my old hostess, now it's an archive of her stories along with Eve & Leigh's stuff.

Always From Afar -- If you haven't been to this site, you can't truly said you've read good Hanfic. Hell, good fiction, period. Everyone always talks about how they loved "Lived", but personally, I prefer her short stories. It's all amazing, though -- Amanda is far and away the Queen of Hanfic. AND she's my new hostess. :)

Undone -- Fiction by Laura. My personal favorite is "What Home Sounds Like".

If They Knew -- For those of you who love angst-ridden love triangles. By Shelby.

Typical Star -- Read "Perfect Girl", at least. Kaylee has a lovely writing style.

My Mother's Obsession with Pies -- Now archived permanently at The Quaff! WOO! Very funny, by Kate. Too bad she's not around in this fandom anymore to finish it...

Clarity -- If you're here reading this in the first place, that means you must dig stories with a skewed, altered reality. So go read the amazing "The Consequence of Feeling", written by Gina, for another Supernatural!Taylor fix. New story, with updates and everything!

Because it is bitter... -- Well, you've probably already been to Stephanie's site, home of the infamous Cleo Trilogy, but I'm linking anyway. Stephanie has a beautiful way with words, and I love her original fiction more than her Hanson fiction. Check it out.

Burn -- by Toona. I'd always heard of this story but didn't start reading until she began her rewrites. A great story of two fuck-ups finding something in each other to cling on to.

Backyard Party -- Oregano just started this site, so there's not much up yet, but I'm intrigued to see where this is going. Show her some love.

Red Running Shoes -- It's not really a Hanfic, but I discovered it years ago at the PulpHanson fiction challenge. Great story by Leigh.

Fiction by J. Robinson -- That's right, THE J. Robinson. You like smut? Of course you do. And she's a master of it. You'll find Story X and The Photographer here, as well as a slew of other steamy stories. J's moved around a lot, and now she's got a livejournal, so you may have to get 'added' to be able to read. But hey, go ahead, click. You know you want to.

Social Stigma -- Taylor Hanson and Daniel Johns. Together. Sexually. Haha. I generally prefer Het fiction, but occasionally a great, well-written and interesting slash story will catch my eye. This is one of them. Violet is obviously a girl after my own heart.

Shades of Blue -- A Zac story, featuring an intriguing take on dreams. Very surreal and lovely. By Bethany.

HANFIC COLLECTIONS AND ARCHIVES

Various Artists -- Your one-stop Hanfic shop. Started up by Amanda, now run by Krystal and Stephanie. Links as far as the eye can see! Plus forums where you can ask about that Hanfic you read three years ago that's mysteriously disappeared from the net.

The VA Hanfic Challenge -- Well, I failed the challenge, but it's been a great place to check out mini daily updates on lots of great hanfics.

The Quaff -- A refuge for lost, abandoned Hanfic! Miriam has rescued many of our favorite long-lost stories and put them all up on this site so future readers can enjoy them. Stories like "Nothing Moves at Midnight", "A Tale of Three Brothers", "Zac says Tay Still Wets the Bed", and more. Plus, she's always updating -- let her know what stories you want to see given another chance!

If Hanson Wore Blue Collars -- Eve's pet project. A collection of short stories by the most prolific writers in Hanfic, all based on one question: What if Hanson Wore Blue Collars? Plus, fabulous artwork for each story by Lily Fox. Run, don't walk.

Tales of the Glories: Hanson Advent Calendar 2005 -- Another Eve project, with the help of Krystal. In the spirit of Christmas, there are 24 short Christmasy Hanson stories, all leading up to Christmas Day. Awwww. Feel the love. So-tangible.com went down... :( Hopefully one day Eve will get these challenges back up...

The First Annual Various Artists Awards 2005 -- I got to be part of this as a judge in a panel of ten, so that was pretty cool. Tons of well-written fic here, both old-school and new. Voting is over, but you can still check it out as a great place to read award-worthy fics.

OTHER HANSONY (OR NOT) LINKS

Back in the Swing -- Well, this site could actually go up under the 'Hanfic' links, but since I discovered her art first, it's going here. Lily was kind enough to cave in to my demands and do some illustrations for Catapult. See tons of other, fabulous Hanson art here at her site, along with some great Hanfic.

Those Hanson Devils -- A great way to spend, like, days glued to your computer screen. I love reading Heidi's commentaries. They're spot-on.

Jennifer Chadd's Music -- Damn, woman, you can sing! Check out Jen's page to witness her amazing musical talents. I am insanely jealous. Also be sure to check out her MySpace!

My LiveJournal -- Haha. Shameless Self-Promotion at its best. I'm silveripseity on LJ, and I often post fictiony things over there first, before they make it to this site. Just in case you're interested.

More will probably be added as I discover or think of them!
